The endocator is checked for accuracy and sensitivity twice before arriving at your office. Endocator models that do not meet our strict criteria standards are discarded. To ensure the accuracy of our testers the device is calibrated annually by our precision calibration unit and if there are any devices that do not meet our quality assurance standards they are discarded. To ensure that you are not without a tester during calibration we send out your replacement tester before you send back your Endocator. We pay for all shipping and handling fees. Every batch of Endocator testers are tested to standard concentrations of ATP both in the presence of disinfectants and without disinfectants to verify that every batch of Endocator testers are held up to the highest standard.
